All orders are shipped via USPS first class mail and include a tracking number.
(US & Canada Only).

♥ First class mail usually takes 1-4 business days for the US and about 1-2 weeks for Canada.

International Shipping:
♥ All shipping outside the US is via USPS first class international mail and may take 2-4 weeks for delivery.

♥ PLEASE understand that we cannot track a package once it leaves the US. If you would like to track your package outside the US, registered mail is available upon request for an additional charge.

♥ Love's Affect is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages. If your package is lost, stolen, or damaged, please contact USPS prior to contacting us for assistance. *If your piece arrives damaged, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your jewelry for a return or replacement.

♥ Upgrades include express shipping and insurance upon request for an additional shipping charge.

Refunds and Exchanges

Please be aware that due to the unique, hand-made nature of each product, size and color may vary slightly from the photos and descriptions.

♥ Customer satisfaction and service is extremely important to us! We are committed to ensuring all of our customers are 100% satisfied with their purchase and experience.

♥ Love's Affect has taken every care to ensure our descriptions and photographs accurately portray the jewelry. However, if you are completely unsatisfied with your purchase, please contact us within 7 days of your purchase with your reason for return. If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 24 hours of your receipt. All items must be received by Love's Affect within 30 days of purchase to be eligible for a refund.

♥ Refunds will be credited back to your original form of payment upon return receipt.

♥ All jewelry must be unworn and returned back to Love's Affect in its original condition with tags attached.

♥ For sanitary purposes all earring purchases are final sale.
